Tatjana Kudinova is an artist, designer, and illustrator based in Hong Kong. As a multidisciplinary artist she believes that constant learning and skill broadening are the key to a successful professional practice.
Her work focuses on creating engaging experiences and on exploring artistic tools through art and design, and takes the form of prints, interfaces, illustrations and interactive installations. Her works are characterized by the use of vivid color palettes, sober composition, and sensitive line work.
Tatjana’s work has been presented at festivals and galleries in cities like Vilnius, Montevideo, Valencia, San Francisco, New York, Sydney and Hong Kong. Last year she gave several workshops and lead a project on design at NYU’s ITP summer programme in New York. Her recent appearances included a master class at Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) in Mexico City and an exhibition in Switzerland.
Born in Lithuanian SSR, Tatjana has lived in Spain, United States, Uruguay and Hong Kong. She holds a MA in Fine Arts, earned by studying at the Art Academy of Vilnius, Polytechnic University of Valencia and California College of the Arts. She currently works as a freelance designer and art director serving clients like HSBC, General Electric, Swire, Shangri-La and Cathay Pacific.
She is fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, Lithuanian and is currently studying French.
